TEDActive blends the allure of the future with the mystique of a desert oasis, with live music, exclusive live talks and demos, and riveting conversation with makers and doers you'll never forget.
TED2011 Associate Membership
Watch the webcast of TED2011 live as it happens, share the experience with up to 10 friends -- and receive a year's worth of books, media and other brain candy from TED. Your Associate membership includes:
- a high-quality live stream of all 12 sessions of TED2011, to share with up to 10 friends, coworkers or family members
- access to the online archive of TED2011 posted three weeks postconference, to access whenever you like
- the legendary TED Book Club, mailing a curated box of books, films, media and brain candy four times a year
- an exclusive welcome package with DVD, poster and viewing diary, plus other surprises

A few things to know about TED2011 registration:
- Only a limited number of TED registrations are available each year; they're granted at the discretion of the TED team based on a broad set of criteria aimed at ensuring a rich and stimulating exchange of ideas among a diverse group of peers.
- Standard registrations cost $6,000. A limited number of discounted registrations are made available for those in the education or non-profit worlds, who could not otherwise attend. Applications for discounted registrations will be accepted at a later date.
- A Standard TED2011 registration extends from February 15, 2010 - March 4, 2011. Benefits include attendance at the TED2011 Conference (February 28 - March 4, 2011), as well as bi-monthly TED Book Club mailings, a set of DVDs archiving the TED2011 conference, and priority for 2011 registration.
